POLICIES

Shipping

We will make every effort to ship the same business day if you complete your purchase by 2:00PM Central Time. All others will ship the next business day. Special Order items may require more time to ship. If you need your item by a definite day, you should contact us for shipping options. We currently ship ONLY U.S.A via USPS. 
We combine shipping to save on your shipping cost if you purchase multiple items from us.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to Las Vegas cor  to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

Warranties: 

one year warranty on alternators for  CAR AND TRUCK ONLY.

6 to 3 months only of warranty on heavy equipment and boats alternators.

one month warranty on AC compressors.

We sell Remanufactured starters and alternators

A properly rebuilt automotive part. The item has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt or used components. It is the functional equivalent of a rebuild part.

Used

An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.

A one year limited warranty applies to all items sold unless otherwise stated. Discount Starter and Alternator warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective items within the original warranty period.
Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OBTAINING A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.
A replacement part will only be sent out after the defective item has been returned to us. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or modifications.
SPECIFICALLY THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WATER DAMAGE OR BROKEN HOUSINGS ore OIL.
The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability:
Starter and Alternator does not accept any liability beyond the original purchase price of the item.

All returned products will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Products must be in ‘IN THE SAME CONDITION WE SEND IT IN  GOOD CONDITIONS .and free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will:
1) Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied
2) The product(s) deemed ineligible for return will be returned to you.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING las Vegas cor at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
When returning an item, the following will apply:

Las Vegas cor shall not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Customer’s order is subject to Las Vegas cor  minimum order requirements. Las Vegas cor reserves the right to limit order quantities for certain Products.

(c) Prices do not include any taxes or duties on the purchase or sale of Products, including, but not limited to, federal, state, or municipal excise, sales, use or value added taxes or import duties, if any.

Any such taxes and duties that may become due and owing will be paid by Customer, excluding taxes  based upon Las Vegas cor  gross income. Customer shall reimburse Las Vegas cor  upon demand for any such taxes, duties or similar charges that Las Vegas cor is required to pay or collect on behalf of Customer.

Labor Fees

Labor fees are not covered under our warranty program.

Warranty

Most  of our products are covered by our one year warranty from date of purchase. If you have a problem, we will take every step to assist you.To Contact Us About Your Return Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: lasvegacorquestions@gmail.com or call (702)7788060 We will answer your email or call as soon as possible, usually the same day.  Our returns department is open for calls Monday through Friday 9:00am-2:00pm Central Time. On heavy volume call days please leave a voice mail message and you will receive a call-back or email as soon as possible.

Alternator and starter Components Manufac. Manufacturer of automotive aftermarket parts -- including Alternator Regulator, Rectifier, Module Ignition ,Brush Holder.warranty : all our parts are final sale no warranty no refund.

A/C COMPRESSORS WARRANTY : A/C COMPRESSORS THEY ARE USED PARTS .WE ONLY GIVE ONE MONTHS WARRANTY ON THE COMPRESSOR. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective items within the original warranty period.
