SHIPPING POLICY
Incorrect Shipping Information
Las Vegas Cor LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required for redelivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Las Vegas Cor LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Friday may not show tracking updates until the following business day.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
General Warranty Policy
• A one-year limited warranty applies to rebuilt alternators and starters for cars and light trucks unless otherwise stated.
• Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
• Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product during the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void if the product has been subjected to:
• Improper installation
• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
• Electrical system modifications
• Water damage
• Oil contamination
• Broken or damaged housings
• Racing or commercial abuse
• Normal wear and tear
Customer Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
• Warranty replacements will only be issued after the defective product has been returned and inspected.
• Warranty does not cover labor, installation costs, towing, rental vehicles, diagnostic fees, loss of use, loss of income, or consequential damages.
Specific Warranty Terms
• Rebuilt Alternators and Starters (Cars & Light Trucks): 1 Year Limited Warranty.
• Heavy Equipment and Marine Alternators: Warranty varies from 3 to 6 months depending on application.
• Electrical and Electronic Components (Regulators, Rectifiers, Ignition Modules, Brush Holders, and similar components): All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Remanufactured Alternators and Starters
These units are completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt using new, rebuilt, or serviceable components as needed. They are fully tested and intended to perform as functional equivalents to rebuilt units.
Used Parts
Used parts may show normal cosmetic wear but are inspected and intended to function as designed unless otherwise stated.
Electrical Components
Automotive electrical components such as regulators, rectifiers, ignition modules, brush holders, and similar items are sold as-is. All sales are final.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Window
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval.
Return Conditions
• Products must be returned in the same condition received.
• Products must not be damaged, altered, disassembled, or modified.
• Products with broken seals, removed fasteners, cracks, dents, or physical damage may be denied return eligibility.
• Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Inspection Process
If a returned product does not meet return requirements:
• Photographs of the product and packaging may be taken.
• A detailed explanation will be provided regarding the denial.
• The item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Processing Time
Return processing may require up to five business days after receipt of the returned item.
Customer Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Las Vegas Cor LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
TAXES AND FEES
Prices do not include applicable federal, state, local, sales, use, excise, value-added, import, or other taxes unless specifically stated. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Las Vegas Cor LLC will collect taxes only when required by law.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Las Vegas Cor LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product sold by Las Vegas Cor LLC.
The customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, testing, and use of all products purchased. Professional installation is recommended.
Las Vegas Cor LLC is not responsible for vehicle damage, electrical system damage, personal injury, labor costs, towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, loss of income, loss of use, or any other expenses related to product failure, installation, or use.
By purchasing from Las Vegas Cor LLC, the customer agrees to these terms and releases Las Vegas Cor LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from the purchase, installation, or use of its products.
