Shipping Policy
Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to Las Vegas Cor due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active or update. For orders placed after 10:00AM PST on a Friday, tracking may not be available until the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
Warranty Information
General Warranty Policy:
- A one-year limited warranty applies to Alternators and starters items sold unless otherwise stated.
- Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
- The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective items within the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Abuse, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
- Water damage, oil contamination, or broken housings
- Normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with obtaining a warranty replacement.
- Replacement parts will only be sent after the defective item is returned and inspected.
Specific Warranty Terms:
- Rebuild Starters and Alternators for Cars and Trucks: One-year warranty.
- Heavy Equipment and Boats Alternators: Six to three months warranty.
- A/C Compressors: One-month warranty. (Used parts only; warranty is void if contaminated.)
Product Information
Remanufactured Starters and Alternators: These items are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn, missing, or non-functioning components are replaced with new, rebuilt, or used parts. They are functional equivalents to rebuilt parts.
Used Parts: These items may show cosmetic wear but are fully operational and function as intended.
Manufacturer Components: Automotive aftermarket parts include alternator regulators, rectifiers, module ignitions, and brush holders... Note: All sales are final for these components parts; no warranty or refunds.
Returns Policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be in the same condition as received, free from damage (e.g., dents, cracks, defacement, or removed seals/fasteners).
- Non-qualified items accepted for return will incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Inspection Process: If the returned product does not meet requirements:
- We will photograph the merchandise and packaging.
- We will provide a detailed summary explaining why the return was denied.
- Ineligible products will be returned to you.
Processing Time: Return processing may take up to five business days from the time we receive your product.
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returns.
- Las Vegas Cor is not liable for packages lost in transit.
Taxes and Fees Prices do not include federal, state, or municipal excise taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, value-added taxes, or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. Las Vegas Cor will collect such taxes only when required by law.
