POLICIES

Shipping

We will make every effort to ship the same business day if you complete your purchase by 2:00PM Central Time. All others will ship the next business day. Special Order items may require more time to ship. If you need your item by a definite day, you should contact us for shipping options. We currently ship ONLY U.S.A via USPS. 
We combine shipping to save on your shipping cost if you purchase multiple items from us.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to Las Vegas cor  to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.


ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
